Our Story

We Don't Do Fast.
We Do Right.

Wildcat Willy's didn't start as a business plan. It started as a summer thing — a generator, a snowcone machine, and a folding table outside someone's driveway in Piedmont. People showed up. They came back. And somewhere between the third and fourth summer, it became a real place with a real roof and a regular crowd.

Today, we still crush every block by hand. We still stir our own syrup batches. We still know most of our customers by name, and we still get genuinely excited when someone tries the mystery flavor for the first time.

That's not marketing. That's just how we've always done it — and why folks keep driving in from all over.
